THRIVE 55+ is a coach-led, general strength and conditioning class for people who are 55 or older and are either new to, or returning to fitness after a hiatus. Our goal is to prove that fitness can be achieved at any age! The movements, workouts, goals, and flow of this class are age-appropriate and presented at a more suitable pace for those looking to THRIVE into their years to come!
All of our THRIVE 55+ Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression that is 60 minutes in duration. We will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for each workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
